Our life begins with a candle and a star...
The candle exists in our heart and the star exists in our soul. The candle
is always lit, but when we are sad or hurt the candle also becomes sad
and hurt, so it dims...
The star is always shining, but when we are sad or hurt the star also
becomes sad and hurt, so it doesn't shine...
We let our sadness and our hurting consume our lives, therefore not only
do we prevent the candle and the star to light and shine our own lives,
but everyone else's lives as well...
A candle is meant to light, and a star is meant to shine. We shouldn't
let the sadness and the pain of our lives prevent the candle from lighting
our hearts and shining our souls...
We should look around us with open eyes and see all the wonderful things
that we have and be thankful and joyful.
Let your candle burn strongly in your heart, and let your star shine brightly
in your soul...
Then share your candle and your star and light and shine another candle
and a star...
